To access our Online Bill Payment System, 

• please go to www.bexiam.com 

• click on Bill Pay on the top of the webpage.

 

To Make a Payment, Set Up Automatic Payments or View Your Account Information:

• Enter your Statement PIN (located on the bottom of your invoice, example: ABC1234). 

• Enter your Billing Zip Code (The Billing Zip Code is your Mailing Zip Code.)

• Click the button marked <Enter Payment Details>.

  • Pay Now - This option will take you to the area where you can pay your bill.

  • View Invoice - This option will show you a copy of your current invoice.

  • Cancel - This option will cancel what you are doing and log you out.

  • Document Log - This option will load up the Document Tracking and Payment Information (Online Payment Records) - To reference for previous payments.

  • Read Terms and Conditions - Click the blue  <I Accept> at the bottom of the screen. 

  • Home - Verify the line you want to pay is selected. 

  • Verify the Payment Amount is correct (on the right side of the screen).

  • Make any changes necessary and click the blue button marked  <Continue>.

  • Select Credit/Debit or echeck option.

  • Enter in Payment information.  

  • To save this information for future payments, simply check the box marked  <Add to Wallet>. (This is optional)

  • To receive email notifications, simply enter your email address in the appropriate box and check the box marked  <Receive Email Notifications>. 

  • Adding your mobile number is optional.  

  • Click <Continue> - Verify the information is correct and click on the blue button marker <Make Payment>.

 

To Register for Paperless Invoices:

• Enter your Statement PIN (located on the bottom of your invoice, example: ABC1234).

• Enter your Billing Zip Code (The Billing Zip Code is your Mailing Zip Code).

• Click on the <Register> button under One-Time Payment or Register for an account.

  • Verify the information listed and click <continue>, click <cancel> if you do not wish to proceed.

  • Fill out your name and email address and click the <Register> button.
